As we are about to begin the blessed month of Ramadhan, we need to come together and do whatever we can to provide relief to the victims of devastating floods in Pakistan.
As the Holy Qur’an mentions in 2:177: True piety does not consist in turning your faces towards the east or the west – but truly pious is he who believes in God, and the Last Day; and the angels, and revelation, and the prophets; and spends his substance – however much he himself may cherish – it – upon his near of kin, and the orphans, and the needy, and the wayfarer, and the beggars, and for the freeing of human beings from bondage; and is constant in prayer, and renders the purifying dues; and [truly pious are] they who keep their promises whenever they promise, and are patient in misfortune and hardship and in time of peril: it is they that have proved themselves true, and it is they, they who are conscious of God.

FLOOD APPEAL
To all Presidents, Leaders of Jamaats/Mehfil and institutions across the globe. We request our leaders to appeal on behalf of HF for generous donation during the following month of Ramadhan.
Pakistan is passing through the worst calamity in her history, according to UN Pakistan the catastrophe is worse than Tsunami more than 14 million peoples are affected. The infrastructural losses are estimated up-to 20 billion US dollar. The personal property losses are more than 600000 units and are expected to raise as days passes. The weather conditions are still in red zone.
The worse epidemic out-break is feared, cholera-malaria-diarrhea may add-up more casualties in coming days.
It is feared that in later stage the rehabilitation in such a large scale will add painful events in their lives and days ahead. It is again a matter of deep concern for our affected brothers that they will suffer more than the rest because of various hurdles they will face.
Hussaini Foundation from day one is on the ground and collecting data of our brothers, sisters and initiated relief supplies. Due to such vast calamity the funding requirement are enormous therefore we have divided the support in two phases RELIEF & RE-CONSTRUCTION.
In relief phase we have further divided into two packages FOOD & MEDICAL support. We have target of 25000 families for this phase.
As the holy month of Ramadhan is now at the doorstep we request each and every member to re-locate their funds towards this calamity and assist to generate funds to meet this task.
