About the Speaker

After completing an undergraduate degree and professional qualifications in Optometry, Dr Ali-Reza Bhojani enrolled in the Hawza programme at the Al-Mahdi Institute, graduating in 2008. He subsequently joined Durham University on a fully funded 1+3 ESRC doctoral programme through the Centre for the Advanced Study of the Arab World (CASAW).
