Knowledge Seekers Celebrate Birthday of Imam Ali (A.S.) 1444 AH

Knowledge Seekers, an organization founded by Shaykh Aous Asfar,  will host an educational event for the youth on the occasion of the birth of Imam Ali (A.S) birth.  In his keynote address and follow-on discussions, Shaykh Aous will show how to practically benefit from and apply the teachings of Imam Ali (a.s.) in daily lives. With Allah's (SWT) help and blessings, the attendees will gain nearness to our Creator and also strengthen ties with their fellow brothers and sisters creating amazing life long memories in the process. 

This will be an in person presentation. 

About Shaykh Aous Asfar:

Sh. Aous is an educator, a lecturer and an author.  He is the founder of Knowledgeseekers, an educational non-profit 501c3 organization that focuses on inspiring, educating and elevating the youth to realize their intrinsic self-worth and purpose in life, helping them lead purposeful lives that are ethical and well-rooted in knowledge.

Sh. Aous is a graduate of McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and a Bahth Kharij level student of the holy seminary of Najaf having studied under Grand Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Sa’eed Al-Hakim, Sayed Muhammad Ridha Al-Sistani, Sayed M. Baqer Al-Sistani, and Grand Ayatollah Isaac Al-Fayyadh. 

He is affiliated with the office of Ayatollah Sistani in the holy city of Najaf. 

He helped establish Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation for Orphan Care & Sponsorship in the USA and Canada.
