Jamil is a General Manager at Microsoft where he is leading a team working on exciting new AI-powered Education Services. He has an 18 year track record of leading top-performing global teams, driving rapid user growth, and shipping standard-setting products built with Search and AI technologies. For much of that time, he led Bing's Image Search, Video Search, Entertainment, Home Page, and Growth product teams. Many of these features earned critical acclaim, and ultimately touched over 100M users and billions of searches every month.  Outside of Microsoft, he has also led a number of volunteer initiatives focused on youth development and education for communities across the US.
