Welcome to IMAN
Assalamu alaykum, Peace be upon you,
Welcome to the Ithna-asheri Muslim Association of the Northwest (IMAN). In Arabic, the acronym IMAN also means "faith." IMAN is one of the several Muslim organizations in the Greater Seattle area and was established in August 1997. IMAN Center is located at 515 State St. Kirkland, WA 98033. IMAN holds the following regular programs:
- Religious: Daily evening prayers, Sunday Fajr & Dhuhr prayers, Friday prayers, Thursday & Friday evening programs
- Education: Sunday School, Qur'anic Arabic classes, Farsi School, and Philosophy study circle
In addition there are special occasions commemorated at IMAN Center including Muharram, Milad-un-Nabi, Ramadhan & Hajj. We would like welcome you to visit IMAN Center. Please feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Important dates during this month include: IMAN condemns Boston marathon attack (Posted On April 19th, 2013 )In the name of God, the Lord of mercy, the Giver of mercy The Ithna-asheri Muslim Association of the Northwest (IMAN) unequivocally denounces the heinous acts of terrorism against innocent civilians in Boston, Massachusetts this week. We consider such attacks as an attack on humanity and all human values. The Holy Qur’an reminds us: “whoever kills a person [unjustly]… it is as though he has killed all mankind.
