It is with profound sorrow that we share the news of the passing of Marhooma Saboor Jan Haider, beloved mother of Br. Hayatollah Haider. Marhooma peacefully departed this world on Saturday, February 24th, 2024, in Kabul, Afghanistan. She was laid to rest earlier today in Kabul.
During this time of profound loss, our thoughts and prayers are with all who were touched by the kindness and grace of Marhooma Saboor Jan Haider. She was a gentle soul, deeply cherished by the community, and her presence was a source of warmth and compassion, especially during her active participation in various IMAN gatherings before her departure from the Seattle area.
